I placed an order through Waiter on the Way for some curry from the Heart of Asian Fusion. So, happy that they are on Waiter on the Way! I love their food. I am sick with a fever and respiratory infection. The curry really helped my sinuses. The driver was awesome! So, kind. I truly appreciated the care given my food when I couldn’t go get it myself.
Used to be great. Ever since covid hit, they have really upped their delivery charges and fees to a level where you can almost double whatever the cost of your food is. As much as I prefer giving local businesses my patronage, other delivery services are much cheaper.
First time using this service. It was quite easy. They offered service to restaurants other delivery services didn't offer. And the delivery driver was friendly he called me to tell me he was on the way/almost here. I was meeting him at a larger hospital and in the details I had a typo. He totally understood wasn't upset and got to the exact meeting spot on time. Was friendly at drop off and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or anything. Great service I'll def use again. Thank you.
My order was promised in 45 minutes to 1 hour...it was delivered in 25 minutes!! Outstanding!! This is why I ordered from Waiter On The Way 1-3 times every week. Excellent service!
I ordered from KFC. It was supposed be delivered within 45 minutes or so. When I got a knock on the door, I had no idea they were already here! So KFC was early, and I was starvin' Marvin, so this worked out great. I also appreciate that it's always very easy to order from WOW online, unlike other places I shop. Customer service it what it's all about, and user friendly software is an integral component of that experience, which many companies don't understand. Thanks very much!
Use waiter on the way due to DoorDash did not have Zianos listed. Ordered food for my Fiance at the hospital and the delivery driver actually payed attention to the comments on where to drop it off unlike DoorDash. Definitely will be using them again.
I ordered hibachi chicken and hibachi steak. Both of my meals came with shrimp. I ordered it from Waiter on the Way. I can honestly say, I will NEVER use their services or eat at Kotos. I HATE seafood. When I called the restaurant. The "owner" said it comes with All the food as a bonus. If I wanted shrimp, I would have ordered. Then he tried saying it was my fault for not reading the menu. I looked the menu
, no where does it say that meals automatically come with shrimp. When I called Waiter on the Way, the best they can do was $15.00 off. I spent $60.00 for food I can not eat. I beyond livid. Never using them again. Koto or Waiter on the Way
